I appreciated Dr. Rayborn who listened to my overall concerns, as well as him asking me questions to determine the issue I was having with my hip pain. Also, he offered several suggestions to help with ways to improve my overall health issue.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Rayborn, and all of his staff, they are friendly, professional, and informed about my care. I am delighted that a friend of mine recommended Dr. Rayborn, he's terrific.!!

--The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. --The X-ray technician was very competent, proficient, and friendly. --I really appreciate being able to get an appointment relatively quickly, and that appointments were available after 3PM. I would not have gotten to see the doctor if I could not have had the appointment that late in the day. --I appreciate actually getting to see the doctor, and he took a good amount of time to understand my situation, and go over things with me --However, I realized after I got home, I could have used more specificity on exercises I should do for my knee. If I had it to do again, I would have asked. --It does not have to do with the visit, but I am disappointed that I cannot view my X-ray's online. There are people I wanted to show them to. --I had to use a credit card to pay my co-pay. I wish that I had the option to pay cash. Overall, I consider it a good visit.

I didn't like the way the receptionist was loud when confirming my personal information. I didn't like that a student was present without my previous permission, or even asked if I was okay with it. Last but not least, I didn't feel as if I was believed. I don't believe that the pain I'm in was understood; but I can say that I was in and out quickly.

The scheduling staff at the Miami Valley North location are not helpful or polite. Very hard to communicate with them. Dr Rayborn is an outstanding physician & very professional. I really like Dr Rayborn & takes care of my knees with giving me injections from time to time. However, it's not very easy to make an appointment with him. They say they will call me but never do.

Have used Jeff for multiple sports injuries and always pro active to keep me moving. Have recommended many to use him. Always recommended me the least invasive approach.

Both nurse and Dr Rayborn helped me on bed,helped me get in position for shot and told me when he was going to give me shot. Talking me through it helped and both helped me sit up so I could get off table. I had not gotten shots previously by (another Dr.) using sonogram. So experience was different, also I sat on chair getting shots previously. So I was very grateful for the explation as he went thru the process of what was occurring.

I felt quashed from free dialog when I was told that I was not allowed to talk about any part of my body that had not been x-rayed. I thought the pain in my thumbs and shoulders might be related to the pain my knee. I felt frustrated in being quickly diverted away from my questions about these other locations. I did not feel like we had a complete conversation about my disease.

Dr. Jeff Rayborn was very informative as to treatment options to try before agreeing to knee replacement. In my opinion it is the best policy for all before jumping straight to knee replacement. He was everything a doctor should be, kind & compassionate for his patient. Dr. Rayborn was attentive to the knee pain issues I explained to him. He was especially interested in sharing the xrays with me while explaining them. Before he left the room Dr. Rayborn asked if I had any questions.
